Next Movie of Rajnikant - Sultan

Rajnikant’s Shivaji is released on Friday. Then what’s his next film. The answer came with Shivaji’s film. His next film is Sultan. Along with Shivaji, Sultan’s first look and trailer was released.

But in Sultan, Rajni’s animated character plays the hero role instead of Rajnikant. It is being produced by Rajni’s daughter Soundarya Rajniakant. Adlabs presents it and slated for 2008 release.

Shivaji - Both Telugu and Tamil in Prasads

For the first time, a Tamil film is releasing in Telugu and Tamil in Hyderabad with just one day gap. Shivaji is the first film to be screened in its two versions at Prasads Multiplex.

Its Telugu version will release on Friday, June 15th while the Tamil version hits on Saturday (June 16th).

Recently many Tamil and Malayalam films are being screened for Tamilians and Malayalis settled or working in Hyderabad. But this is the first time that a Tamil film directly releasing.

Premiere show on 14th night. Here will be a premiere show on 14th night for a selected film personalities. Hitech 70 mm is the theatre to host premiere show.

Congress MP from Guntur to enter Film Industry

Rayapati Sambashiva Rao, Congress MP from Guntur and his friend Shivaramakrishna who is into real estate business are entering into film production. They have already got the dates of NTR and Mahesh Babu. Shivaramakrishna is planning to make his first film with Mahesh Babu. Sekhar Kammula might direct this.

Along with Mirchi (to be directed by Hemamber and produced by Durga Arts), this Rayapati’s film will go to the sets simultaneously delete.

Supergood Movies’s Poti shelved!

Supergood Movies is prestigious production company in South India. It has produced many hits. Till now, none of their films have been shelved. But for the first time, a Supergood film was forced to shelve. Supergood’s head honcho R B Chowdhary’s son Jeeva’s maiden straight Telugu film has been scrapped mid-way.

The film titled Poti was launched recently and it has finished first schedule. The film’s new director’s work is said to be below the mark that made Chowdhary to stop the film completely, sources told.
It stars Kajal as the heroine.

Raja Sekhar’s next film is going to be Satyameva Jayathe. Jeevitha will direct this film. SK Basheed will produce this film on Bajju Art Productions banner. This film will have 4 heroes and 3 heroines and it will be released for Sankranthi 2008.

In this announcement press meet, Raja Sekhar said, “Today is 99th day of my hit flick Evadaithe Nakenti. I am announcing ‘Satyameva Jayathe’ project details today. This story deals about a group of officers. It is about how a sincere police officer faces the problems. I am involving myself in the script of this film. This film is not a remake of Khakhi. Swamy and Mohan who worked for Evadaithe Nakenti will pen dialogues for this film. Jeevitha will direct this film. I wanted to produce the film. But I don’t want to burden director Jeevitha with production headache. Producer Basheed gave me advance 5 years back. Satyameva Jayathe will be in the genre of Ankusam. We are going to release this film for Sankranthi 2008.”

Director Jeevitha said, “This is a high budget film. This film should be produced without any compromises. I was little afraid while doing my debut film Seshu. But Rajasekhar encouraged me. This time I am going to direct this film with full confidence. It is a multistarrer film with 4 heroes. One character will have negative shades and other three characters have positive shades. There will be three heroines. Regular shooting of this film starts in 2nd week of July.”

Producer Basheed said, “I always wanted to produce a film with Rajasekhar. Jeevitha has been working on this script for the past one year. It is an impressive subject. And I will not compromise on production values.”

Sekhar Kammula, who after a great work with Godavari, has started working on his next entry i.e. Happy Days, which is also going to be produced by Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd banner.

The production is going to be on a very good and fast pace, and the shooting is going on in a few good places of Hyderabad. Mickey J Mayar is going to be the Music Director and about 18 days of work schedule is to be done yet. And the movie is expected to be released by the end of June.

The audio of Rajubhai, a movie starred by Manoj and Sheela is released on 28th. of April at the State Art Gallery. The event was anchored by Sunil and Vishnu.
Supreme audio is releasing this music into the market. Lakshmi Prasanna pictures is producing the film in the direction of Suryakiran. D.Ramanaidu, B.Gopal, Prabhas, NTR, Srinu Vaitla, Vijaya Bhaskar, Chalasani Ramesh, KS Ramarao, Sunil, Vishnu, Mallidi Satyanarayana, Rajamouli, Rajeev Kanakala, Raju Hirwani, NV Prasad and others atttended the event.

The song “Chaltha Chaltha” was released by D.Ramanaidu and KS Ramarao. Prabhas and Rajeev Kanakala released the 2nd. song. The 3rd. song was released by NTR and SS Rajamouli. Korameenu (sung by actor Sunil) is released by Vijaya Bhaskar and B.Gopal for Karnataka region.

Nee Kosam song is released by Srinu Vaitla and Chalasani Ramesh for Tamilnadu area. Guchi Guchi song is released by Kodali Nani and Cheri for overseas region.

Munna is a movie directed by Vamsi Padipalli. And it is produced by Dhil Raju. The audio for this movie was released recently. And it is planned to be released on 27th. April 2007.
The songs are already in a nice talk and couple of them went nice hits.
The movie was earlier planned to be released on 12th April but it is postponed and now is going to be released on 27th.

Dhil Raju is extremely satisfied and happy as the songs are on the top of the lists and he hopes the songs to be blockbustrs after the release of the film. Viswa wrote lyrics of 2 songs in the film. Director is prety much confident about the film and hopes a lot from this film.

Director Dasarth to Direct Jagapati Babu and Bhumika

Jagapati Babu after a couple of hits like Samanyudu and Pellaina Kothalo, has been selected by Director Dasarth to act with herione Bhumika Chawla for his next film. The name and thers are not decided yet. But these both characters are going to act opposite for the first time in tollywood. The director has a few great hits such as Santosham and is expecting a lot from this one.

Amma Rajasekhar to direct Nitin

Amma Rajasekhar (choreographer turned director) is very soon going to make his entry of 3rd. film working with actor Nitin. Earlier he directed Ranam with Gopichand and Mr. Khatarnak with Raviteja. The producer of the film is C.Kalyan.

Director E.V.V.Satyanarayana has completed the shooting of his latest movie Athili Sattibabu starring his son starring his son Allari Naresh in the lead role.
E.V.V.Satyanarayana said -

This film will bring Allari Naresh the kind of success that my films like Appula Apparao and Jambalakidi Pamba did to Rajendra Prasad and Naresh.

The success of Kithakithalu has given me a new source of encouragement. We started the film on 1st Jan this year and will be releasing the film on 6th April.

The audio for the mvie will be released in March.

Honorable poet and film maker M. S. Reddy has been chosen for the state government funded Raghupathi Venkaiah award for the year 2005.

He will be presented with A Golden Nandi and Rs. 50,000 and a citation that are part of the felicitation at the Nandi awards function that will be held shortly.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek bachchan finally got engaged in Mumbai on Monday after days in being in Media. Just after they both landed in Mumbai from Toronto after the premiere of the movie Guru, at Bachchan’s residence, the engagement ceremony took place.

Both the family members were present for the ceremony and Amitabh Bachchan’s close friend Amar Singh was also present there. Abhishek proposed to aishwarya just after the premiere of Guru in New York and Aiswarya accepted it on the spot.

Aishwarya’s media manager confirmed into the media about the engagement and said that he can not talk more about it at present. It is supposed that marraige will be taking place on 19th. feb 2007 but the date is not confirmed yet.

These both celebrities first acted together in the movie “Kuch na kaho” in 2003, after which they both became closer which led to split between aishwarya and vivek oberoi(Her last Boyfriend) in 2005.

Earlier, Abhishek was once engaged to Karishma Kapoor but which broke and Karishma married Delhi-based industrialist Sanjay Kapoor in September 2003. Amithab Bachchan’s brother Ajithab went to an astrologer in Feb. 2006 and had enquired about the match of horoscopes of Aishwarya and Abhshek.

Now finally the Rais and Bachchans get united and they are blessed well by god.
